In short: It was built in 1941, often more than double the people in it (at times 2000 instead of 775) and sadly not safe against bombs. 1944 twelve people died due to this.
At the moment this shelter is home to a youth centre and a café. There are also sometimes concerts here and bands can rent a room for their band practice.
