The provide managed hunts for deer and turkey, with guides who train and assist, several hunting blinds ave available for Geese and ducks.
On some sites, when ramps are not provided, MDC provides trac-chairs so lakes and steams are accessible
My submission to this site is the rqmp at the dam at Bennett Springs State park & Hatchery, for access to the trout fishing ...where it si best.
From the MDC magazine is this statement about ALL trout sites.
"Supported by on-site hatcheries, Missouri's four trout parks feature high-quality trout fishing on cold-water streams. Maramec River State park, Bennett Springs State Park, Montauk State Park and Roaring Rivers State park all have designated-disabled accessible areas -- either a jetty, platform, or pier that allows anglers to cast into good fishing locations.
"Although these areas are not set-aside exclusively for people with disablilities, most able-bodied anglers will courteously more out of the way." ~ Missouri Conservation, volume 78, issue 5, May 2017
