Der Flaggenmast am rechtsrheinischen Ufer in Bonn-Beuel wurde 1987 vom Schiffer-Verein Beuel anno 1862 e.V. errichtet. Die Idee des Masts stammt vom Schifferbruder Albert Hallitzky. Traditionell wird der Mast jedes Jahr am Ostersamstag angehisst, d.h. nach der Winterpause mit neuen Flaggen bestückt.

Dann ist er mit Flaggen von Ländern, Unternehmen, Vereinen und Organisationen geschmückt, die in irgendeiner Weise mit der Rheinschifffahrt verbunden sind. Bei meinem Besuch am 26.04.2017 konnte ich 40 Flaggen zählen, von denen ich folgende identifizieren konnte:

The nautical flag pole on the right shore of river Rhine in Bonn-Beuel was built in 1987 by the club Schiffer-Verein Beuel anno 1862 e.V. The idea for the pole came from the mariner Albert Hallitzky. Traditionally, it is equipped with new flags after the winter each year on Easter Saturday.

Then, it is decorated with flags of countries, companies, and organizations somehow related to shipping on the river Rhine. On my visit on 04/26/2017 I counted 40 flags, from which I was able to identify the following ones:
