Die Stadtwerke Saalfeld GmbH wurde als das erste Thüringer Stadtwerk (Gasversorgung) am 11. Oktober 1990 gegründet. Die Eintragung in das Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Gera erfolgte am 6. Februar 1991.
Der Firmensitz befindet sich in der Remschützer Straße 42 in Saalfeld.
Als Gegenstand unserer unternehmerischen Tätigkeit betrachten wir den Vertrieb sämtlicher Energiearten sowie den Betrieb einschlägiger Handels- und Installationsgeschäfte.
Wir versorgen etwa 28.000 Einwohner in und um Saalfeld mit Strom und Erdgas.
Stadtwerke Saalfeld GmbH was founded as the first Thuringian town (gas supply) on 11 October 1990. It was registered on 6 February 1991 in Gera's commercial register.
The company is located in Remschützer Straße 42 in Saalfeld.
As an object of our entrepreneurial activity, we consider the distribution of all types of energy as well as the operation of relevant trading and installation activities.
We supply about 28,000 inhabitants in and around Saalfeld with electricity and natural gas.
