Beside and opposite the Fitness Trail could be Markets depending on the day you stop by. When the markets are on, you will find a mix of children from the stall holders, and wanderers of the markets trying to impress their friends.
The pieces of equipment are about 6 to 10 metres apart, so it goes for about 300 metres up a slight incline towards the railway crossing - finishing beside a small permanent shop.
A couple of the stations had what could possibly be instructions, but everything was in Thai - so I couldn't be sure on that.

[I 'didn't need to use' this equipment while I was staying near Muak Lek (at the APIU - University) for the 3 weeks I was volunteering, as I was cycling my way around the district.]
