The National Piers Society website returns two piers on the Isle of Man one in Douglas and the other Queen's Pier in Ramsey.

The same website records that the Douglas Pier was opened in 1869 and was lost in 1894 having closed in 1891.
The entry for Queen's Pier in Ramsey notes that it opened in 1886 and now is a Registered Protected Building owned by the Isle of Man Government.
Queen's Pier on Queens Promenade in Ramsey was opened on 22 July 1886 and was 679 metres in length and was designed purely as a landing point for steamers plying from Fleetwood, Belfast and River Clyde.
All the other harbours on the Isle of Man (Douglas, Peel, Laxey, Castletown, Port Erin & Port St. Mary) have stone piers and consequently Ramsey's Queen's Pier is the longest iron pier on the Isle of Man.
Due to the deterioration of the Pier's timber decking and structure it was closed to public access in 1991.
In 2011 the Isle of Man's Department of Infrastructure undertook work to improve the structural integrity of the Whole Pier as well as making the area under and near the Pier.
Pier is Registered Building No. 154 on the Isle of Man Registered Buildings Register.
