En haut du parc, dans le prolongement de la place de la Comédie, se trouve le palais des congrès avec tous les drapeaux des états membres de l'Union Européenne.
At the top of the park, in the extension of the Place de la Comédie, is the congress center with all the flags of the member states of the European Union.
