Opened in 2014, the Moselsteig follows the Mosel valley on 365km from the German border in Perl to it's end in Koblenz.

The listed coordinates representing the "official" trailheads. However, you'll start at Perl train station N40 28.350 E006 22.182 and you'll arrive at the "Deutsches Eck" in Koblenz N50 21.888 E007 36.373.

Moselsteig is segregated into 24 stages between 11km and 24km long, but it's on you to find your comfortable distance to hike.

Because all stages start and end in villages or cities, you'll find a perfect infrastructure with hotels, campsites and public transportation (bus or train).

I was hiking on the entire trail from Perl to Koblenz between January and October 2016 on 25 stages.
