The Cottage is located on a quiet country lane that is opposite the Royal Oak public house in the village of Dilhorne.
There are two large metal gates with the wagon wheels at the centre of each gate.
There is also a collection of various sized wheels attached near the wall and visible inside the gates near to the property.
