This former Church of Christ Scientist on University Avenue, behind Queen's University, was sold in 2013 to the Iglesia Ni Cristo, a Filipino religious organisation.
The building was designed by the renowned English architect Clough William-Ellis, best known for the creation of the Italianate village of Portmeirion in Gwynedd, Wales. Designed by Mr William-Ellis, it was completed in 1937.
