The Fountain is in the shape of a waterlily flower on a circular plinth which has 4 lion-heads around its circumference. When viewed from the Ballure Road in front of the Fountain is a plaque bearing the words 'THE FOUNTAINS' which is the name of the apartment block which now occupies the whole length of the Ballure Promenade. The Fountain is painted creamy-yellow with white coping-stones giving a pleasant contrast.
