The Coffs Harbour Clay Target Club is actually about 20 minutes north of Coffs Harbour, on what was the Pacific Highway, now Solitary Islands Way.

The Sunday that I was there it was the Aero Modellers day, and no shooting was allowed.

From the Club website, they have x 6 different Disciplines: (visit link)
* Sporting Clays: 8 stations with 25 targets/round
* Down the Line Trap: 5 paths from 15 to 25 m. Left/Right 22.5°
* Skeet: 7 shooting positions, for both American and ISSF.
* 5 Stand: 5 x cages, with x 8 traps with different trajectories.
* Double Rise: two clay targets released simultaneously on two separate flight paths; 22° left, and 22° right
* Ball Trap: 15 m behind the trap; thrown faster; oscillating trajectories

NEW MEMBERS OR CASUAL VISITS
New shooters are welcome to come along during any of the shoot days to try clay target shooting and find out more.
TO TRY OUT SHOOTING at this site YOU NEED:

* To contact the club first
* To sign a declaration form
* To bring along Photo ID
* Be over 12 years (U18 needs guardian)
* Wear covered shoes, eye protection and hearing protection (available from club)
