It is called 'Pendelschlag 2000' which means 'Pendulum impact 2000'.
The pendulum was made to work exactly at the edge of the millenium.
The pendulum was created by the German artist Hellmut Ehrath. Other parts as the figures have been made by Peter Lenk.
The artwork is still in good condition.
