In addition to the obvious large inscribed bricks, there are a number of smaller regular bricks that have been inscribed with the names of various benefactors.
Not actually on the church frontage but on the adjoining building, behind the roadside wall.
This is a new church called Shepshed Word of Life Church, formed in November 2013 by the uniting of two long-standing churches in the town – Belton Street Baptist Church (formed in 1880) and the Evangelical Free Church on Kirkhill (formed in 1969).
