We turned the corner and there it was, a flower garden of a mailbox.

We had searched the continent from the Pacific to the Atlantic and had, to that point, failed to spot a well done painted mail box - one worthy of posting. Here it was, though, one in a little group of three mail boxes on the south side of Wellington Place, just west of Centennial Boulevard.
When we passed through it had been a cold, rainy day in April with no flowers of any sort to be seen, not even a crocus, so this mail box was like a ray of sunshine, keeping alive the hope for a summer yet to come.
