You can see an eye looking at you from behind a yellow jalousie.
On the side, you can see probably the artist's name 'RISK'.

This is one of several artistically painted electricity utility boxes in this quarter of Saarbrücken.
Graffiti-artist Simon Hinsberger was spraying this artwork based on artwork of students of the HBK Saarland (Saarlandish art academy).
