Un circuit Saint Martin vous permet de sillonner la Martinopole (zone qui recoupe une grande partie du centre historique de la ville) à l'aide d'un plan disponible à l'Office de Tourisme de Tours Val de Loire. Vous pouvez également opter pour une visite guidée de la Martinopole. Ces deux options sont une bonne manière de découvrir Tours, qui fut après Jérusalem et Rome, le 3ème lieu de pèlerinage vers lequel des milliers de fidèles vinrent honorer le tombeau de Martin.
Vous découvrirez notamment la tour Charlemagne, la tour de l’Horloge, la cathédrale Saint-Gatien ainsi que la basilique Saint Martin, qui abrite le tombeau de Saint Martin de Tours. Les gourmands apprécieront tout particulièrement "les petits Saint Martin en chocolat", une création savoureuse (chocolat, praliné amande, framboise, biscuit salé) de la chocolaterie Bellanger, rue des Halles.
