This is the Spokane Red Cross Regional Office, situated on Nora Avenue, about ten blocks north of downtown Spokane.

The Red Cross here has a fairly large and modern facility which is only a few blocks from the downtown core. This is the Inland Northwest Regional Office for the Red Cross.

The Red Cross has been active for nearly 100 years in the Spokane area, saving untold thousands of lives in that time through the many services they provide to the community.
