This water wheel has about 3 meters diameter, and it can be seen in the town of Trebinje. There is another one in the opposite bank of the river. When the water level is too low it won't work. It needs the level of Trebišnjica river to be high so it can rotate.
It's installed near a popular walking path leading to the old Turkish bridge. It's merely decorative.
