This is the building for the community of the Closed Brethren (
visit link) on the island of Borkum.
They are Christian, who assemble only in the name of God. The do not belong to one of the big christian communities (like catholic or protestant). In fact they refuse to be part of any community or organisation. They even do not give names to themselves. So the building has only the sign "Christian Meeting".
