Roadside Flowers - Abstract Public Sculptures on Waymarking.com

The students of Professor Amara Geffen, of Allegheny College here in Meadville designed, built, and installed the larger-than-life flowers. They are composed of old road signs, donated by the PennDOT garage which the garden sits in front of.
