Sculpteur reconnu, il représente l'école de Paris à l'exposition internationale de Montréal. Parmi ses compagnons de route: Calder, Couturier, Lobo, César, Picasso et bien d'autres. En 1989 Moreels décide de vivre en Roussillon, ou vont naître des œuvres monumentales majeures. « Avec le vent...va » symbolise les oiseaux qui survolent les vagues de la mer.
Sculptor recognized, it represents the school in Paris at the International Exhibition of Montreal. Among his companions: Calder, Couturier, Lobo, César, Picasso and many others. In 1989 Moreels decides to live in Roussillon, or to be born of the major monumental works. "With the wind goes ..." symbolizes the birds that fly over the waves of the sea.
