Ljubljana is a city full of sculptures.... This one on Petkovškovo nabrežje on the north bank of the Ljubljanica, near the Butcher's Bridge appears to be of a giant seed germinating, beside which is a painter's palette.
The seed reminds me of Seymore from the film Little Shop of Horrors.
