Most famous is the Simpilär rye bread, but also the sweet pastries and the homemade ice cream made the bakery to a real tourist attraction. The bakery is regularly discussed in the national media and was already several television stations worth a visit. During the summer season, the bakery is open every day from morning to evening.

Die Bäckerei versorgt nicht nur die Einheimischen mit Backwaren sondern liefert seine Spezialitäten auch an Delikatessenläden im ganzen Land. Am bekanntesten ist das Simpilär Roggenbrot, aber auch die Süssgebäcke und das hausgemachte Eis haben die Bäckerei zu einer ausgesprochenen Touristenattraktion gemacht. Die Bäckerei wird regelmässig in überregionalen Medien besprochen und war schon mehreren Fernsehsendern einen Besuch wert. In der Sommersaison ist die Bäckerei jeden Tag von morgens bis abends geöffnet.
