This projects combines two old existing buildings with a new built one.
The one old building was built in 1899 and the other in 1936/37. Those two old buildings are listed in the German Monument Registers.
The new 'Lautenschlager Areal' will be used for shops, restaurants and offices. It will have a size of 7,800 squaremeters for offices and about 1,700 squaremeters for shops and restaurants.
