This bronze plaque is slightly weathered yet very readable. The bridge it is one is on South Water Street next to Ben Bikin Park. The plaque was placed in 1976 by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation. The plaque is located on the South end of the bridge on the East side of the road.
Best place to park is next to the drive at the Ben Bikin Park.
