La ville de Fribourg en Brisgau, pour fêter les 50 ans de jumelage avec la ville de Besançon, a offert ce banc. Il est situé dans l'enceinte de la Citadelle sur les hauteurs de Besançon, juste un peu après le porche d'entrée.
