EN: This hexagonal fountain is located on a square in front of the churchyard of Zeiningen. The fountain has a tube at the edge of the basin, in the center of the fountain stands the bronze statue of a sowing farmer in about half life size. The fountain is not labeled or dated anywhere. According to the style of the statue, it could be from the 2nd quarter of the 20th century.
DE: Dieser sechseckige Brunnen befindet sich auf einem Platz vor dem Kirchhof von Zeiningen. Der Brunnen hat eine Röhre am Rand des Troges, in der Mitte des Brunnens befindet sich die Bronze-Statue eines Bauerns beim Säen in etwa halber Lebensgrösse. Der Brunnen ist nirgends beschriftet oder datiert. Dem Stil der Statue nach, könnte sie aus dem 2. Viertel des 20. Jahrhunderts stammen.
