Since 1982, Warren’s Funeral Home has served the residents of Trinity Bay South from its Dildo location with “Courtesy, Reverence & Dignity”. The owner-operator, Shirley Warren has dedicated herself to providing the utmost of service to families in their time of need.

The first female funeral director and funeral home operator in the province, Shirley and her family have come a long way over the years. Shirley was born in Green’s Harbour, married Gerald Warren, and raised two sons, Paul and Craig.

Shirley served her apprenticeship with Carnell’s Funeral Home in St. John’s, a daily trek of one hundred and twenty miles from Dildo. She graduated the top of her class and is grateful to Carnell’s to this day for the support and encouragement they provided to her during this time.
