Plopsa is the name for the umbrella group (also called the Plopsa Group) on the Plopsa parks. In the past, the name was also frequently used for various purposes by the Flemish media producer of children's programs Studio Plopsa 100. The name is derived from the first two characters of Studio 100: Plop and Samson. The Plopsa group has six theme parks in Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany: Plopsaland De Panne, Plopsa Indoor Hasselt Plopsa Coo Plopsa Indoor Coevorden, Holiday Park and Aqua Plop. The Plopsa parks are built around popular TV figures of Studio 100. They each have their own area in the park where the rides, decorations and music are completely thematically according to their world.
