Sparky, the Fire Dog, has educated children on fire and emergency safety and prevention on behalf of the National Fire Protection Agency for years. When a rare Ponderosa tree needed to be removed from in front of Fire Station 111, the Westerville Firefighters had the based carved into a replica of the dalmation to stand guard over the station."
