A tiny museum, run by volunteers.
It was created from the stock of the former village shop and shows how it was central to the life of the village for well over 100 years, but sadly now closed. Behind it is the present day community shop, which stocks a good range of essentials.
The old shop sold everything imaginable, or could order it for you.
The show cases are very informative, and each year they have a focus on a different aspect of shopkeeping, so you can see what your grandparents had to manage with in days gone by.
