Der Iron Curtain Trail (ICT), auch Eiserner-Vorhang-Route, ist die EuroVelo-Route EV 13 . Sie soll als Radfernweg über ca. 7.650 Kilometer von der Barentssee bis an das Schwarze Meer führen.

Während des Kalten Krieges verlief entlang der Strecke des heutigen Radweges der „Eiserne Vorhang“ (engl. Iron Curtain), die Grenze zwischen Ost und West bzw. den Warschauer-Pakt-Staaten und der NATO (sowie den neutralen und Blockfreien Staaten).
