Zyrardow is the unique industrial settlement, made of red bricks. One of its icons is the Matki Bozej Pocieszenia Church, build is the so-called Vistula Gothic style (other famous example of it is St. Florian Cathedral in Warsaw). There are many architectural details 'emulating' real gothic, gargoyles inclusive. 2 of them are sitting over the entrance to the church.
