"Changes" by Jimmy McLemore, 1993, for a joint project of the Peoria Park District, Peoria City Beautiful, and the City of Peoria.
This sculpture is located in Detweiller Park on the river side of Rt. 29 across from the soccer fields. It is near the boat launch ramp on the Illinois River.
