Dieser kleine Streetballplatz wurde im August 2014 auf der Grünanlage zwischen der Wolfgang-Heinze-Straße und der Biedermannstraße direkt am Connewitzer Kreuz eröffnet. Der Platz bietet, wie für Streetball üblich, einen Basketballkorb und erfreut sich vor allem bei gutem Wetter an einem hohen Zuspruch.
Hinter dem Basketballkorb befindet sich eine Schallschutzmauer, sodass Anwohner möglich wenig gestört werden. Zusätzlich beschränken sich die Nutzungszeiten von 10:00 Uhr bis 21:00 Uhr, wobei der Platz zu jeder Zeit betreten werden kann.

This small streetball court was opened in August 2014 on the small green area between the Wolfgang-Heinze-Straße and the Biedermannstraße directly at the Connewitzer Kreuz. The court offers one basketball hoop and enjoys especially in good weather a great rush.
Behind the basketball hoop is a sound barrier, so that local residents will be disturbed as little. Additional the usage hours are limited from 10:00 to 21:00, but the court can be entered at any time.
