This joint program includes the production of:

The 174 housing program, ranging from T1 to T5 will be divided as follows:

- 119 apartments in free accession,

In connection with the transaction, new pedestrian paths will be created to the Foundry garden and reconnecting the heart of the district to the axis stucturant Boulevard des Martyrs Nantais.
