DE: In der Hauptstraße in Oberbreisig (Nr. 12) steht die Alte Schule Oberbreisig. Das siebenachsige Steinhaus wurde 1839 als Knabenschule eingerichtet, die in einem Raum unterrichtet wurden. 1873 erhielt die Schule einen Anbau für die Mädchen. 100 Jahre später wurde mangels Schülermasse der Schulbetrieb eingestellt. Weiterhin belebt wird sie als Haus für Gesellschaften und als Treffpunkt für Familien.
EN: In the Hauptstraße in Oberbreisig (no. 12), there is the Old School Oberbreisig. The stone builing was built in 1839 as a boys' school who were taught in one room. 1873 the school received an extension for the girls. 100 years later, the school was shut down for lack of students crowd. Furthermore, it is revived as a home for companies and as a meeting place for families.
