In den Dörfern der Gegend gibt es in vielen älteren Häusern Brunnen im Keller. Oft sind die Brunnen auch auf den Grundstücken zu finden und manche stehen direkt an der Strasse, so wie dieser.
Überirdisch sieht man hier ein, aus den für diese Gegend typischen Bruchsteinen gemauertes, quadratisches
Der Einblick in den Brunnen ist durch ein solides Holzgatter mit Schloss verwehrt.
Geschultes Auge kann jedoch zwischen dem soliden Eisengitter den eigentlichen Brunnen sehen. Auch hier Bruchstein, das Brunnenloch rund ausgemauert. Drehen an der Kurbel führt dazu, das sich die Kette bewegt an der sich wahrscheinlich auch heute noch ein Eimer befindet ;-) Über dem Gitter befindet sich die Jahreszahl M CM LXX VIII (1978)
