Located at Seven Oaks Recreational Resort. It is a 6 mile technical mountain bike trail. The trail starts just east of the ski lift. The course is laid out over 200 acres of wooded ravines and creek crossings. Seven Oaks works closly with a local mountain bike club to produce some of the best single track in Iowa. They hosted the 2006 IORCA/ Iowa NORBA Championship, IORCA 24 Hours of Seven Oaks, and IMBCS #11, 12 - stage race. There is a $3.00 daily fee, a waiver to sign, and helmets are required.

Also available is paint ball, camping, river canoeing and kayaking, moto X. They also offer sking, snowboarding, and snow tubing in the winter.
