Located on the front lawn of the residence of Chuck and Jann Perkins at 3681 Mountain Road (route 108), people driving by can enjoy both the sculpture and the war memorial monument just besides it.
This type of buggy is a light, simple carriage that was drawn by one horse and was used for local travel.
The two passangers red carriage is decorated with a colorful flower pot during the summer.
