"El Maná is the realisation of Ruth Marrero’s dream to open a restaurant in Tenerife offering creative vegetarian cuisine. Thanks to this young chef’s family and friends, her dream came true in November, 2011.
We have had a clear mission since the beginning: to offer something unique, to create an honest restaurant – honest to the land and to our clients. This is why our natural and vegetarian cuisine is based on organic and local products.
We get to know our suppliers by visiting the farms that provide the colourful fruit and vegetables that fill our dishes. And we feel that by using organic products, we benefit from optimum aroma and flavour all the while contributing to the health of the planet."
