Located on a wall adjacent to McDonald's, this mural depicts several people...a woman and child, a construction worker...a baker or butcher, Two of the images seem very specific and probably depict some well known persons.
The painted banner above reads "Just a Libre Soberana" which I believe means "Just, Free, Sovereign". The name of the artist could not be found.
