This is "Jammin' on the Avenue" a fountain sculpture on the Indianapolis street known for a rich jazz heritage - Indiana Avenue. The sculpture was created by John Spaulding (1941-2004) and uses old musical instruments - primarily saxaphones, trumpets, trombones and sousaphones.
