The Sculpture Garden is the latest addition to the Fundació Fran Daurel. It is reached through the Montblanc gate. 3,000 m2 of land has been reclaimed so that visitors can enjoy this permanent open-air sculpture collection. New works have been added to the garden which now comprises a green area featuring 36 sculptures by 27 contemporary artists, forming a landscape in which the figurative and abstract coexist, forming a wide range of shapes and colours which show us contemporary art from a different slant.
Walking around the open-air space, you will also discover a garden area and woodland. And, at the end of your stroll, you can visit the viewpoint located in the highest part of the garden and, from there, you can enjoy a unique view of the city of Barcelona.
Our pictures show the following artworks: Couple by Cyril Mendjisky, Mujer Durmiendo by Xavier Garces, Seated Mother and Child by Owanto, La Esfringe by Lluisa Sallent, Beuys by Jose Cobo, Humans Massa Humans by Lluis Cera and Escram by Marcel Marti.
