Located on top of the State Fairgrounds Agricultural/Horticulture Building in Falcon Heights.

Due to the structure of the building, the closest Coordinates are at the edge of the building. This siren, like all Sirens in Minnesota, sounds at 1pm the 1st Wendesday of every Month as a test. It is also sounded in cases of severe weather. I know the building has been around for a long time, and during the evenings at fair time interior lighting makes the area the Siren is mounted on change different colors, kinda cool. My best guess is this Siren has been around since the Civil Defense system was originally started, as this building was definately in place before then.
