The recently built Plaça del Poble is located right in the heart of the capital, on the roof of the building which houses the government administrative services and a large public car park. The plaza has become a privileged site for popular events, small fairs and traditional festivities.

The gazebo was quite busy the day we visited the plaza. Though there is no official seats, there is plenty of room for people to sit on the cement ramp.
