The Courthouse (built in 1869) is now part of the Clarence Town and District Historical Museum Association, on the corner of Grey Street and Prince Street, Clarence Town, NSW, 2321.
The single pillory is padlocked, presumably so that it is not unofficially used. I guess that having the Pillory out the front as contributed to the Courthouse being categorised as "An uncommon form of Courthouse" from the National Trust of Australia - Permanent Conservation Order No. 558
