This is a nice cafe with a terrace and a special atmosphere. This is where the intelegentsia of the city comes. Where all debates take place, where people discuss culture and politics. As a plus, they serve food, good food. Prices are higher than average for the country but still very affordable. Perfect hangout for the visitor. They offer wi-fi although it's only functional in a couple of tables.
