4 (Culture) - Relax to the Beat of a Different Drummer - Belfast, ME - WMQ17C - There were many artistic benches in the center. This one looks like a guitar and drums. They didn't look like they were playable though.

6 (History) - Belfast Museum in the Streets - 1 Making a Living - Belfast, ME - WMQ1V4 - (visit link) in Maine Historical Markers - Belfast has several markers that are part of the "Museum in the Streets" program. This sign is about a shoe factory that used to be in the city. The sign is located on Main Street, a couple blocks from the waterfront, and is the center of this Lucky 7.

8 (Monuments) - Obelisks - Belfast, ME - WMQ1CH - (visit link) in Civil War Memorials - This G.A.R. (Grand Army of the Republic) Civil War Memorial in the shape of an obelisk is placed in the front lawn of the Belfast City Hall, also a memorial.

10 (Oddities) - OLDEST - Shoe Store in America - Belfast, ME - WMQ1J8 - (visit link) in Superlatives - There were two signs with superlative claims. This one claims to be the oldest shoe store in America. I wonder if they sold shoes from the shoe factory that existed in the city.

14 (Technology) - Smasher, Belfast Chamber of Commerce Information - Belfast, ME - WMQ0B1 - (visit link) - At the Belfast Chamber Information Center, there is a penny smasher machine. It's a nice little token for your visit here!
